1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is not allowed on ColabaseAI. It applies to prompts, reference images, generated images, profile information, uploads, sharing, and any other use of the Service.

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. If you violate it, we may refuse a generation request, remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate your account, and report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

2. No Adult or NSFW Content

ColabaseAI does not allow adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, fetish, nude, or otherwise NSFW image generation or editing.

This rule applies even when the people depicted are fictional, anime, stylized, computer-generated, consenting adults, or not based on a real person. You may not use the Service to generate, upload, edit, transform, or distribute adult or NSFW content.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service, including any generation, upload, edit, or distribution workflow, for:

  1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors.
  2. Sexualization of minors in any context, including suggestive, suggestively stylized, or implied minor sexualization.
  3. Adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, fetish, nude, or otherwise NSFW content of any kind, including fictional, anime, stylized, or consenting-adult depictions.
  4. Non-consensual sexual content, including sexual depictions of identifiable real persons without their explicit consent.
  5. Targeted deepfake harassment, including sexualized or otherwise harmful depictions of real individuals intended to harass, defame, intimidate, or impersonate them.
  6. Terrorism and violent extremism, including content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorist activity or violent extremist organizations.
  7. Extreme violence and gore intended to shock or terrorize, or to incite violence against any person or group.
  8. Self-harm and suicide encouragement, including content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
  9. Hate speech and discrimination targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  10. Illegal activities, including unlawful weapons, controlled substances, human trafficking, and any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where the Service operates.
  11. Privacy violations, including the unauthorized depiction of identifiable individuals, exposure of private personal information, or harassment.
  12. Impersonation and fraud, including content intended to impersonate real persons or organizations, or to commit fraud.
  13. Intellectual property infringement, including unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected materials.
  14. Misleading information in matters of public significance, including misleading medical, legal, financial, or electoral content presented as factual.
  15. Platform abuse, including automated scraping, circumvention of rate limits, exploitation of security vulnerabilities, or interference with the operation of the Service or other users.

4. Content Safety

We use reasonable and proportionate safety measures designed to detect and block clearly prohibited content. These measures may include prompt checks, reference-image checks, generated-output checks, manual review, account restrictions, and abuse reporting workflows.

No safety system is perfect. You remain responsible for the prompts you submit, the reference images you upload, and the content you generate or share.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or behavior on ColabaseAI violates this AUP, please email abuse@colabase.ai with relevant details. We aim to review reports within 24 to 72 hours, though response times may vary depending on volume and complexity.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
